Each guest and their appointments are very important to me. While I understand that sometimes schedule changes are necessary, or emergencies come up, your appointment time is specially reserved just for you, therefore, a payment method is required in advance to reserve an appointment and I respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
Failure to give a minimum of 24 hours notice by phone or email will result in a charge of 50% of the total cost of your scheduled appointment(s).
Failure to give notice by phone or email by the scheduled start time of your appointment time will result in a charge of 100% of the total cost of your scheduled appointment(s).
Late arrival to your appointment may result in a loss of service time or an inability to perform service(s) all together. Late arrivals will be required to pay 100% of the scheduled service(s).
Appointments can be cancelled/rescheduled by leaving a voicemail or texting 501-249-9270 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
